Will all of this knife be sharpened with LifeSharp?
I could see many potential owners wanting to buy this knife but being apprehensive if they do not know whether this knife is or is not a model you will sharpen fully.
That is one of the things you do not need to ask about Benchmade blade. The gurantee of BKC is outstanding!
It is actually as they won't sharpen their serrations.
I have always wondered why this is. Does anyone know?
Probably because they're ground in a way that can't be sharpened quickly. Benchmade does their sharpening on belts and grinders, and there's no quick way to do that on a serrated blade. Hopefully the Vicar's recurve is wide enough that it won't be an issue.

Is paying an extra fee to Benchmade to sharpen a serrated blade an option that is available?
