Good afternoon folks! It has been too long. I hope you are doing well through this crazy year.

I have up for sale today a unique knife that I have recently learned has been discontinued for some time -- the Benchmade 32 Mini Morpho. This was one of the first runs of the Flytanium scale editions, so it came from the dealer with the Flytanium scales preinstalled, without the original G10 scales. What makes this piece unique, and is the reason I picked it from the others available, is that it has a sterile blade -- no Benchmade logo or steel type laser-etched into the blade. This was purchased directly from GPKnives, so it is legitimate.

Price: Due to being discontinued and a unique knife, as well as the condition being excellent, I think $old would be fair. This is approximately what I remember the MSRP to have been, and I have seen similar, but not as unique, of models listed for significantly more. That said, please reach out to me with reasonable offers (and if I am way off on the market, please do let me know). No trades at this time, thank you.

Payment: If you would like to purchase, please PM or email me. Check or Money Order for payment is preferred. I do not use Paypal, but I could set up Apple Pay if you would like to use digital payment. I'm going with the honor system for communication and transacting, so ideally, we ship/pay at the same time and keep in touch until received by both. As such, priority given to members I have bought/sold/traded with in the past, if there are multiple offers around the same time. If you are a brand new member with little to no feedback, I may request that your payment clear first.

Condition: Since this is one of the ideal balisong EDC models, I initially carried it as such. However, it always rode secondary to another EDC blade, so it saw no more than light cutting on the occasions I could pull it out. The blade was touched up years ago on Spyderco ceramic stones. Since then, it has sat unused. I can make out what may be a tiny spot of patina near the pivots, but it would likely come off with something more than a fingernail. The pocket clip may show a little rubbing, but no real color loss, due to riding in the pocket. Otherwise, I can't make out any real wear/scratches on the knife. I am a little proud to say that this balisong was never dropped (probably because I was not too adventurous with my flipping :) ).

The latch is springy as it should be and keeps the handles snug when open or closed. There is a minimal amount of handle play, as is acceptable in this type of balisong. With a little tweaking and re-break in, I expect even this could be worked out. Nonetheless, it is by no means 'sloppy'.

As a note for if you intend to carry and flip this -- please give the pivots a good oiling and break in before doing so. It is a very smooth balisong, but from sitting for so long, the safe handle pivot does have a little lag, and I'd hate for someone to cut themself not knowing this. I unfortunately only have CRK grease for lubricant, whereas a light oil would be best for this purpose. Thus I leave it to the future owner to tweak it as they prefer.
