Benchmade 401 panther? NEED REVIEW

i found this old knife that my dad had gave me a while back. its a Benchmad 401 Panther. does ANYBODY know anything about it? any reviews? thanx!
 
I used to have one. If you want to sell it let me know. It has a FRN handle, a thumbstud, liner lock, and a GIN-1 blade. The blade is 3.25" and the OAL is around 7.75". They are good no frills folders.
