Does anyone here use these? My wife has been wanting to get some new kitchen cutlery. She saw the price, and was a little shocked, and I'm thinking that 3 Benchamdes for $500.00 isn't such a bad deal. :D
 
I know nothing of these but for that kind of money, I'd buy the KAI (Kershaw) Shun Classics. Extraordinary kitchen knives.
 
If you do some online hunting you can find the Benchmades in the $300.00 range. 500.00 is MSRP
 
Thanks guys I've just started looking into kitchen knives and have a bit to learn.
