Benchmade 551s Griptilian

I have a satin finish, part serrated Griptilian in 154CM steel. The knife is new and unused but the box has damage to it. Comes with warranty card but no knife bag. I'd keep this one but I all ready have one. I'm looking for a comparable folder with a satin finish and a 3-3.5" blade. Thanks.

I have a SOG Flash 2 tanto (not satin unfortunately, TiNi coating)in great shape, barely used shows no signs, blade just needs a quick hone. I am willing maybe negotiate $$ in addition to the sog.
