Benchmade 610SBK Rufus

Just about any of the bigger Benchmade Axis knives are pretty easy to swing open. I haven't handled the Rukus yet, but the AFCK (and the Skirmish, a frame lock) are super easy to swing open, even without thumbing the Axis. If the law is specific about knives that can be centrifugally opened, the BM's might present a problem.

Just tighten up the pivot screw a little bit and the swinging will come to an end.

I received my Rukus this week from NGK. I got the black combo edge version. The weight of the blade makes the gravity assist opening real easy. The handle shape feels great in my big hand. This isn't a knife to clip on your jogging shorts but in the jeans pocket it rides nice. Overall I'm very pleased with the 610.
