Here's a nifty little cutter designed primarily for rescue situations, though it has great utility postential too - Benchmade's Model 6H2O Rescue Hook. Made out of H1 stainless steel, this tool features a fluorescent yellow handle inlay for visibility and a large recessed - and very sharp - cutting hook.
