I've got a rare Benchmade 705. It is similar to both the Benchmade Forum knife and the 705BC1HS limited edition run that was cut short, but it is not either one of those. My understanding is that it was assembled by Benchmade from some of the leftover components of those runs at the request of the original buyer. It has carbon fiber scales and a plain edge, BC1-coated M2 high speed steel blade. Unlike the limited edition runs, this one has no writing on the blade other than the usual Benchmade wording and logo. It has never been used, carried, or sharpened, and comes in a gray Benchmade box with no label.

This is a great knife, but a little smaller than I like. Ideally I'd like to trade this for another rare or hard to find Benchmade. I don't have a specific one in mind, but maybe something like a limited edition Ares or 690. I'm open to others, too. PM's or e-mail are the best way to reach me.
