Benchmade 710 vs Benchmade Stryker axis

910 is true classic. ATS-34/M2 steel, better handle shape without stupid guards/thumb ramps, solid tip down clip. BM 910 is literally build like Emerson folders but has better heat treatment on steel and another pocket clip location. Personally, If I'll have occasion to get one in good price I'll do it.

Axis Stryker advantage - bushing spacers instead plastic backspacer, drop point blade option, ambidextrous, some people like more tip up clip.

I like blade shape and size of 710 and handle of Stryker. I have old D2 tanto point liner lock Stryker. If I was looking to buy Stryker now I would buy drop point with axis lock.

I have owned both. I still have a couple 710s. This is the knife that made Benchmade what it is today. Thin, somewhat lite, long great slicing blade. If you are a knife nut and like benchmade you must own one.
