Prices are in Euros and include insured shipping to destinations in the EU if such a service is available. If not, registered mail remains an option. Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer in the SEPA zone. Cash delivered by carrier pigeon works too but the pigeon may have a hard time finding it’s way here..

The knives are located in Finland, in the European Union. They can only be sold and shipped to locations where laws and postal regulations allow. This rules out the United States completely. No sale to anyone under 18 years of age. Buyers must be aware of all local laws concerning importation and ownership and I will accept no responsibility if the knives are confiscated by officials at the border or if you end up in court or jail. I reserve the right to sell to whomever and wherever I choose. Prices are firm, no trades.

With all the stern talk and warnings out of the way, let’s proceed to the actual matter:

Benchmade 800BK-1001 AFCK, LLK

This is the Limited Edition full size AFCK that was a SHOT Show dealer exclusive this year. Number 137 of 250 in plain edge.

Black coated M390 blade, titanium liners and handles of "sculpted" G-10 (very cool, feels a lot like wood actually). Liner locking like the original 800 series used to be, and with a right-hand tip-down deep carry pocket clip. Very smooth opening and function.

Almost my ideal folder and a really cool knife, very nice for someone who prefers large tacticals. Seen some very light use around the house. Originally decent sharpness out of the box, but has been reprofiled to 40 degrees inclusive and sharpened properly. A nice steel BTW, takes a very fine edge on the Sharpmaker ceramics.

One minor detail worth mentioning: it looks like the butterfly logo on the blade was done twice. Probably an error in the laser etching process. It matters not one bit in use but you can see a phantom image under the coating if you look closely.

With the box, baggies and papers. I'll include a T9 pivot adjustment tool as well and the pivot can of course be tightened prior to shipping if necessary.

Price is €155 all in. SOLD and gone!

Not really sure how much introduction this needs. Spring latch, titanium handles, blade in 154CM steel. With the straight spine, that is to say, without the extra notch that appeared in the final stages of the 42’s production. Knife and belt sheath, no box.

In really good, clean condition. Flipped a little and used for opening mail and the like. When I received it, I did notice that it had apparently been fumbled and dropped by the previous owner, as the tip was slightly blunted by impact. Since it can’t be sent to LifeSharp from my location I fixed it myself – really a very easy job. See pics for result.

After taking care of the tip the rest of the edge was also reprofiled to 40 degrees and sharpened to a highly usable shaving edge. No comment on whether it is actually a smart idea to shave with a butterfly knife, but you can if you’re so inclined. Mind your fingers if you intend to practice with this one.

Good build quality and level of fit and finish on this example, can be adjusted to have quite little play in the handles. Latches positively open and closed.

Boy, now I now how the International people feel when they see CONUS listings :( So sad.

Ok the 42 is sold.

Sorry Chuka and all, I'd gladly do business with folks in the U.S. but with all the restrictions in place fixed blades are about the only thing that can be sent that way. One can only hope for a better future.

AFCK is still available.

And an "attaboy" to the respective postal services, the first knife sold made it to destination in just two days. Sometimes, when they get it right they can be pretty good.

A would-be bump for the weekend. Price adjustment on the AFCK as well.

edit: And it's sold. Thread is locked.
