Ideally looking for KITCHEN blades (japanese preferably)
This is for the uncoated blade in the pics below.
If you have any Folding knives, specifically spyderco's please post up. I would prefer something new in box if possible. I do have a blue benchmade box that they sent this back to me when i sent it a couple years back for sharpening/adjustment/cleaning.
The knife has some scratches from cutting near the tip (no sharpening scuffs along sides) and a miniscule chip in the blade. It needs a touch up. These are getting hard to find, this knife is used/carried. The F&F of the scales and spacers is really nice. The edge slices paper fairly well, as I said, it needs a touch up, I can do that for you if you want, but I prefer to let the buyer experiment.
