I received this knife in trade a couple years ago from a buddy who was headed down to CA; it's sat in a drawer since. He had clearly used it a ton. The scales are well worn, the blade is scratched, the pocket clip is...weathered. Mechanically however, it's tip-top! There is some up & down play when open, no side-to-side play. Fires hard and locks up solid. Safety is intact and operational. Edge is in pretty good shape - functionally sharp, no chips or rolls present, but the tip looks like it could use a touch-up.
If the buyer is interested, I can send it to Benchmade for service before shipping it out. I'm not sure what (aside from a rebuild and sharpen) they would offer for free, but it could potentially save the buyer the necessity of going through a dealer for BM's LifeSharp service (I am in Oregon).
