Looking to sell my Benchmade 928 Proxy. I love this knife, but I never carry it so I can't really justify keeping it. I am the original owner - purchased from W&W about one year ago. Blade is pristine - it has never been used to cut anything but it has been carried. The titanium side has has some minor scratches in it from carrying, there is a weird little nick in the G10 side (not sure where that came from and may have been there when I received it) and there is a noticeable scuff around the clip. I swapped out the arrow clip (which I hate) for a Benchmade deep-carry clip; one of the screws stripped due to the factory loctite and I had to twist the clip to work it out which scuffed the titanium. It's not bad, but it is there and for some reason the finish turned shiny which makes it obvious. I've tried to capture all of the blemishes in the photos.
It is an amazing knife and very light for the size of it. Osborne designed a great flipper.
It has been discontinued however there is still stock kicking around. W&W are selling it for $399 which works out to around $475 with tax and shipping - I am asking $325 EMT OBO which includes Xpresspost insured shipping anywhere in Canada.
Includes box and original clip/knife bag, etc.
