Benchmade 940-1 for trade

I have a 940-1 for trade, unfortunately I do not have the box or the bag for it. Lightly used, solid lockup, smooth action, one small mark on edge of blade near pivot, light wear on pocket clip. Polished to 4000 grit on edge pro at 30 degrees. thank you all for looking!
