Benchmade Benchmade 940-1 LNIB

I am the original owner of a used and carried Benchmade 940-1. This is the one with the S90V blade and CF handles. Edge is still factory but there are two little areas on one side of the blade that have a light roll to them. Looks like they can be sharpened out. I am asking $old
