Benchmade 940-1 Osborne. S90V steel. Very clean. I've had about 2 hours of pocket time, did not cut anything, but just decided it's not for me. Appears to be factory edge, which is razor sharp! Flips nicely, and is perfectly centered. Pocket clip is clean, no scuffs, no wear. Pocket clip screws are slightly polished. I don't see any issues or blemishes with it, no marks or scuffs.
Comes with original standoffs, has nice bright blue anodized standoffs installed. Comes in cloth bag, padded (original) BM box and papers.
