Edit: Sorry, withdrawn. FYI, the presentation side scale on the Bugout is missing two screws:

I took them out to oil it well and I just forgot to put them back in for the picture. I will reupload pictures asap.

FYI, if you took any of the screws out, these are misrepresented as "New In Box" or "Like New In Box", and you really should disclose that to perspective buyers.

I opened the Bugout only to better clean inside the knife and oil the pivot well as it wasn't as smooth as I'd like. I forgot to put two screws back in for the picture. You are acting like I am trying to trying to screw someone over. I have 8 positive reviews for a reason and use Paypal G&S so buyers are protected. In addition, I would take back any knife if at any point someone was unhappy. I would never misrepresent a knife. Should I report to you everytime I touched the knife too haha. All the knives were appropriately labeled. According to your definitions of NIB and LNIB, none of those exist on this site as people have tweaked pivots, stropped blades, custom pocket clips, and ultimately handled the knife for a picture. It sounds like you just like to complain about everything.

I don't care how you represent a knife, you should disclose that it has been disassembled. And most here will agree, disassembly is a non-starter for LNIB. o_O

PS - Not disclosing that it was disassembled IS trying to screw someone over. I'm glad I backed out upon seeing the missing screws.

MOST is the key word. There is no clear definition of LNIB. By the way disassembly is extreme as I took off the side of one scale to oil the pivot. Disassembly refers to the complete breaking down of parts. Thus, you are misrepresenting your own knife now haha. I will ensure next time I sell one of my knives to disclose when I touched it last, if I oiled it, if I ever tweaked the pivot, or when and how I looked at it.

I don't have time to argue with you nor do I want to. Thanks for the heads up!

Wow, a new member that's barely been here for 6 months is trying to school me on what NIB or LNIB means? That's rich. Simply taking a scale off IS a form of disassembly (you took a part off, right?), one that can possibly even void Benchmade's warranty, FYI. Let's take this to GBU for the world to see.
