I have a Benchmade 940 satin finish blade and green aluminum scales that I have failed to bond with. It has been out of its pouch a couple of times, but the only "work" it has done is to be sharpened on a Sharpmaker (because...you know...Benchmade out of the box yada yada....) and to cut paper as a sharpness test.
I am looking primarily for a Spyderco from the following list:
Massad Ayoob
Navaja
Persian 2 (the larger one)
Chokwe
Zulu
Perrin PPT
Lum Chinese (also the larger one)
I realize I am targeting pretty narrowly, but I suppose I might consider other candidates so long as plain edge and of comparable value. Because I am targeting so narrowly, this offer will be considered withdrawn as of 8:00 am EDT on 8/20/2011. At that point (as this is my second attempt to trade this knife), I will force myself to love my 940.
