I decided that I wanted a new and unique carry knife, so I picked up a 940 and a 940-1 and swapped blades for a carbon fiber, black bladed 940. This knife is the leftover from that swap.
It's BNIB, (there is one screw on the clip side that came stripped, but it can be disassembled without removing it) and has green aluminum scales, and the S90V blade off of the 940. The knife Erik ship with the original 940 box, papers and satin bag.
Asking $170 obo, price is net to me, shipping will be included.
