This is a 940 osborne. It is in good condition, sharp, and has been lightly carried. The pocket clip shown is not the one that will come with the knife. The original pocket clip, which is in a lot better condition, will be included. I am going to use the deep carry clip on a different knife. There is one small hair line scratch on the blade. It is hard to see. I was able to get some light that would show it, but the pic had to be blurry to do it. It exaggerates the scratch but it's the only way I could get it to show up. The knife was purchased new about 4 months ago. In the first pic there looks to be a white dot by the axis lock. That is just dirt or magic finger dust that these knives collect. There is no ding in it exposing the metal, contrary to what it possibly look like.
