Benchmade 940SBK - Move it fast price $100

I have a 940SBK that I picked up in a trade. It has been carried and shows signs of wear on handle, clip and blade but is a GREAT knife. I just seem to pick up a grip or 943. If pics don't answer all questions of condition just pm or email me. I will entertain trades of other BMs but I expect it to sell quick at $100.
