Well about a month ago I decided to loosen the pivot screw so my knife would open easier. Well, ever since I did it, I noticed that when the knife is open, the blade can bend a little from side to side. Is this normal or what?

Mine became loose over time, and i noticed a lot of bending back and forth. Not enough to see, but enough to feel, which I didn't care much for. I tightened the pivot screw a little, but it's hard to find a happy medium.

Which is why my Endura replaced it as my utility carry... Now when I hold the Ascent (medium sized) it feels totally foreign, and I've only had the Endura for a few weeks

Ive not been impressed with the Ascents. I recently bought one and gave it away because I didnt like the feel of it. Enduras are alot better quality for the money.
