Need to make some room in my safe

I bought this a couple of years ago on line and just put it away - needs to belong to someone who will use it. To my eye it appears to be unused; I did one test paper cut and stored it. Beautiful shape, seems to work perfectly. Perhaps not truly rare but I don't think there are a whole lot of these around.

Sorry about the poor photos, especially the second one. On the side opposite the Benchmade logo it is marked "Elishewitz" with what I take to be his personal logo.
