Benchmade Barrage review request

Not sure if it's been officially released yet. I'm looking forward to seeing how that thing works!
 
It is not out yet. I'm not really sure any date has been confirmed. Most retailers are listing the release date as "soon".
 
Ahhh..thanks for the heads up...I kind of doubt I'll get it, but it seems a pretty strong value. Not much for AO, but all for new gimmicks.
 
I think it's going to have handles with the same material that the Grips have, could be interesting.
 
Reviews started popping up on Benchmades forum this week. From what I read it works like a beefed up Kershaw torsion bar system. Put that together with the Axis lock and it’s getting good reviews. It’s a little bigger than the Grippy in both its mini and full size configuration. I’m told its blade deploys with the power between a Kershaw Leek and the Benchmade Nitrous Stryker. Which is big time AO power. Weird thing, the pivot screw is behind the scales. You can get to it but ya have to earn it.

This baby is in the hands of a select few right now. I expect it to be released any day now. It’s a Go Go Go for the new Benchmade AO system. Which is overkill when you think about it. The Griptilian and other BKC knives with similar size blades and the Axis lock opens with such authority in the manual (old fashion way) personally I don’t see a need for a gussied up AO Griptilian. But the kids today….. well you know.:rolleyes:

On a side note.
I can’t wait to get one. ;) Think I’ll pre order to avoid the rush.
