Benchmade Blue Box or do I need more?

Both Lowes and Home Depot have a small torx bit screwdriver that is very inexpensive. I have the Home Depot one and am very pleased with it but the Lowes one looks pretty cool.

IIRC they are exactly the same. The Lowes one is branded Kobalt and the other Husky. They are pretty decent for the money. However I did manage to break the tip on my T6 after about a year of use. The BM Blue Box is pure, stinking crap. I twisted the T6 in it 360 degrees...... the screw head didn't move. It's almost like the bits are made of silly putty. That job was quickly dispatched with the Kobalt branded driver from Lowes.

Another good one is the Kershaw T-Tool. I am going on 2 years with that one and there have been no issues.

You can find torx screwsets from hardware stores... unless you really want to buy them from e-bay (isn't that a bit silly?). I have a folding set and it's really handy.

I am not positive but I don't think they are the same item with a different badge. I remember looking at the Kobalt in Lowes and thinking it looks nicer than my Husky. They're so inexpensive I'll probably buy the Kobalt set too. Some knives require two screwdrivers, one to hold the bolt in place and one to loosen/tighten so the extra set may come in handy.

I've never had any issues with my Husky but I am pretty sure any one of the dozen Home Depot's within driving distance of me will replace it if there is a problem, same for Lowes.
