Benchmade Bone Collector 15020-2 Axis Folding Knife

Trick: I have the same problem with my G-10 scaled 'Bonesidio' hybrid pictured above. I took the clip off and used, WITH MASK AND OPEN WINDOW, a piece of 180 grit paper to the ridges to knock down the sharpness. Also out of habit I've taken to giving the knife a slight left twist when pulling it out of the pocket, to lessen the wear. Both these tips make carrying most knives with texture easier to use.
 
I bought it New from Cabelas so I did not want void warranty. I just took it back and got a mini barrage which worked out great.
 
I still think those Walnut handles really add to the overall esthetics of that Benchmade knife as a "D2" blade example.

Kind of kills two birds with one stone collectable.
