Had this one a few years, it came to me just like you see it here, Ive never used the knife but it would be a real nice user. Almost 1/3 of an inch thick and 1.5 lbs of pure M4 bliss.
Choppers in good shape. Theres some faint ghosting on one side of the blade probably due to the kydex sheath. You have to tilt the blade in the right light to see it. Nothing major but worth mentioning.
Feels great in hand, flat ground, very grippy and has a hefty spine. Was designed for some serious chopping. One like this won a Blade Show cutting competition in 2008. Overall length 15, blade length 10, blade thickness ~0.305", blade matl CPM-M4.
This blade is just as sharp as the one in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGk3cr6Col4
Heres a review from Woodsmonkey: http://www.woodsmonkey.com/benchmade-171-chopper-review
Comes in a padded case as shown plus you get the kydex sheath. I didnt use sheath, didnt care much for it.
375$ TYD, PP, CONUS, no trades.
Have a nice day
