Special ordering through BM has always been a pain in the ass. I won't special order anything through them for customers anymore because the frustration is too much for me.

Their products typically come 2-3 months after the delivery date that they've given us...sometimes they don't come at all. Customers get annoyed at me since I'm the one they deal with so now I just won't bother.

Great knives but I couldn't be bothered with their shoddy service.

He just confirmed that he wasn't the person that I had been dealing with, whilst trying to locate a BM 630 locally - and that he was a local compatriot now living abroad.
