BenchMade Customer Service: First Class!

Although I own several BenchMade knives, I only recently had occasion to contact their customer service trying to locate a sheath for my Nimravus Cub that may be carried IWB, as my sheath is "hip-only" carry (though VERY nice).Angie answered me right back and said that there was only one sheath, but that they offered a metal belt clip for it.Zip,Zap, she sent me one free, and once I figured out what to do with it (disassemble sheath and reassemble with clip in place of belt drop and loop),I now have a straight knife that is close to my ideal. I am confident that Angie is representative of the good folks at BenchMade, and I look forward to being a good customer for a long time.Thanks for the great service!

I have to agree! I recently had an old custom made Pacific Cutlery balisong completely overhauled by the good folks at Benchmade! Despite their busy schedules they fixed a knife made in another state and many years ago by their precursor! Angie and the rest were great to deal with!

I had return my CQC7 for resharpen, their service was very good!!
