This response came within 24 hours. They're sending me new ones, all the way from Oregon. For free. Even if it's my own damn fault.

Also, unrelated to this, they're repairing my Alias 1 (broken blade) for only $25, + 5$ (:eek:) return shipping.
I always liked Benchmade a lot for their knives, but their customer service is outstanding! :thumbup:
 
I sent a Bradley Alias to them for warranty and with shipping it out, them fixing the knife and then return shipping it took 2 weeks overall. I was impressed with that. The knife came back as good as new. They really did a great job.
