Benchmade Customer Service Rocks!!!

I've had a couple of knives refurbished by Benchmade and their service is top notch with quick turnaround and other than shipping it's been free of charge. This morning I received a message from a guy on EBay that I recently sold a knife to and he wanted to return the knife because it didn't come with the nylon bag with the original box. I never said that it had the nylon bag and in fact, I didn't realize that it was supposed to come with a nylon bag, but I digress. The point is, I called Benchmade and told them that I would like to get a nylon bag for the knife and they took the model number of my knife and said, "You should receive the bag in a couple of days". They had my name and address in their database. That's it! No fuss, no muss, no questions, just 100% satisfaction. I love my high-end knives but I also love my Benchmades and it's this kind of service that has to be praised.:thumbup:
 
Agreed, I've been happy with them since mid 90s... No matter what my knife condition is, they've fixed it. Never needed a box or paperwork, just the knife. Only production knives I own now, (well SAKS too...) and well, living in Oregon, it's nice to support them. I know there are a few other knife companies in Oregon, but.. BM wins.
