I emailed the Customer Service thru their website a month ago with no response...Anyone have an email address so I may contact them for some work on 3-4 knives?

Call them man. Around noon is the best time i've found. They will help you with anything you need. You will never get a response from a knife company through email. Any of them. Give them a call on Monday around noon. Guarntee you"ll get ahold of them.

Yeah have to call them, not sure why they have the contact form, I've tried it before never got a reply.

The only time I ever emailed them I got a response within a couple of days. They definitely took care of me. Since it didnt work for you, I would call like the others have said. Their customer service is usually top notch so don't get discouraged.

Same here. Less than 48 hours for my email answer to arrive. But... it takes less time to dial a number than it does to type out an email explanation and send it. I'd call 'em.

and what about if like me I'm overseas?
:)

Mailed but never replied.
And phone calls are expensive though.

Yes they are. But you still have just the two choices AFAIK. Email and wait... or spring for the phone call. Don't know if they have any better contact methods through social media or not. I know they're on different social media sites, but I don't mess with that so I don't know if you can use that for contacting them or not. If you can, that might be a cheaper way to go.

Find out how to dial a phone long distance. In this day and age of technology it should not cost you an arm and a leg to make an international call, nor should it take specialized equipment.

Yes thanks! I'll do it in that way for sure.
Credits loaded with S***e.

But IMO the old mail is better, just to have a written reference.
Even to say thanks for your help!
:)

I have sent a total of five emails all for different issues. 2 taken care within 2 days. 1 got reply by 2 weeks. 2 no reply, nada.

Finally reached someone in Benchmade and find some email and people who to write.
I had to send pictures of my clip with space in between the scales.
Awaiting reply now...
I trust in BM.

emails can be slow. Just depends on who's reading them at the time. A call is always faster. 800-800-7427
