Just got 2 deep carry pocket clips and screws for my griptilians, from Emily at Benchmade.com . I e-mailed her Friday, they were in today's mail free of charge including shipping. I am impressed! Thanks Emily. Thanks Benchmade. (don't try a tell her they are for an Adamas 275.....she's seen the video, just saying)

Really great to hear so many people getting responses back to their emails quickly. I've never tried. Every time I've tried to email a company i never get a reply back. Called Benchmade for clips and screws and 3 days later they arrived. Will try the email next time. Called Spyderco two weeks ago for screws and see if they could give me a standoff for my Para 2 and neither have showed up yet. Looks like i gotta make another attempt. Thank You Benchmade!!! for your excellent CS, warranties, and of coarse the primo knives.:thumbup: Knife companies do not get any better than you but they sure get alot worse.

I called Benchmade last week. Here's how it went:
Me: Hi, I have a 940 on order and wanted to see if I could buy a silver pocket clip as I don't like how the black one looks.
Benchmade: Sure, we can help you with that. Is this (my name)?
Me: Are you psychic?
Benchmade: Nope, your phone number brought up your customer account in our system. We have your address on file and you should get the clips next week.
Me: Great. How much do they cost?
Benchmade: Oh, there isn't any charge. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Bottom line is that these guys are great.
