I recently called Benchmade for a problem i have with their fixed blades i own. Both knives are Nimvarus, one 6" and the other 4". My sheaths made from kydex have broken from wearing on my belt. Benchmade said they still have sheaths for these knives and they would send them to me for FREE! Can't beat that for service.
 
They have awesome customer service. They go so far and beyond it's why I keep buying them. I had a Rep actually give me a dealers name and number to a Guy who still had winewood scales in stock when he found out I had a 610 Rukus. I never even asked for the info. I could go on and on but most here know Benchmade customer service is outstanding.
 
Benchmade customer service is fantastic.
I haven't found a BM knife that really resonates with me though.
 
I just called them to order screws for my long discontinued 800 AFCK... They ship FREE tomorrow. I have to agree they have excellent customer service!
 
Benchmade re-bladed my 940 Osborne "S30V" for $25 and had it back in my hands in 2 weeks with a worksheet of that plus other adjustments and things they looked over. Top shelf all the way. I never worry about a Benchmade purchased knife. :thumbup:
 
These are the same type of things I've had them do for me as well. I've NEVER not been taken care of by BM. I'm not in love with a lot of their newer knives but the old ones I have are great and I look forward to purchasing more knives from them in the future. The latest thing I've had to deal with them about was on my new custom mini grip I just received. I ordered a two color handle and I wanted one side to be royal blue but when my knife came it was sky blue. One phone call and they shipped my correct handle color to me free of charge. Great company in my eyes, I've always loved BM since my first knife(CQC7) in the mid to late 90's. I think my next BM will be another custom Grip!
