Have to say that I'm not overly impressed with Benchmade CS. I sent my Aphid in for warranty repair over three weeks ago. They received my package on Jan 18 and sent me a message stating that they were processing all warranty repairs in 7-9 business days. I emailed them last week when it went over the 10-day mark and was told that it would be completed this week, but as of today I've heard nothing.
It's not like I have to have it back this week, but if they give you a specific time frame for repair, then it seems to me that they should stick to it or notify you without you having to follow up on it. That's not particularly exemplary CS to me.
