Have to say that I'm not overly impressed with Benchmade CS. I sent my Aphid in for warranty repair over three weeks ago. They received my package on Jan 18 and sent me a message stating that they were processing all warranty repairs in 7-9 business days. I emailed them last week when it went over the 10-day mark and was told that it would be completed this week, but as of today I've heard nothing.

It's not like I have to have it back this week, but if they give you a specific time frame for repair, then it seems to me that they should stick to it or notify you without you having to follow up on it. That's not particularly exemplary CS to me.
 
Benchmade wants to charge me 35 dollars for new handels dropped my mini grip the other day and chipped the scale . Not the end of the world still works but i thought id email them and see if they would replace it no way gotta send it in im paying the frt. and paying 35 bucks for a 90 dollar knife oh well i didnt expect them to send free ones but 40 dollars for a cheap plastic scale il pass the way i see it shouldnt have broke as easy as it did fell abought 3 feet and hit a wood floor . Bye benchmade .
