The coil spring on my Mini-Reflex broke, and after one email they helped me solve the problem very efficiently and quickly. I especially appreciate this, as I am from the Netherlands and BM is in the States. It is nice to know that warranty service also extends to the rest of the world. Anyhow, I have a nice knife again!
