Hi there, I would take the Trail Master and Master Hunter (or just the TM if the MH is sold) if you would be able to ship to Australia (let me know how much extra for post).

I have bought from other BF members here and traditional single edged blades have no issue coming from the USA to here.

I have always received my items from people in the USA via USPS (generally priority or first class, depending on which option with insurance works out cheaper).
