Since i joined this forum i've been looking for one in the exchange section and still i never seem to find one!
I see Chris Reeves, Striders, Hinderers, you name it, for sale all the time but never this kind of Griptilian!
Are they so good that no one wants to be part with it or just unpopular and no one seems to have one?

I'm not parting with mine. And I'd buy a new one if I lost mine (very nearly did a month ago, but found it five minutes before I was going to click submit order...) Just buy one from knifeworks. It's well worth the price.

I think a mini went recently, but I don't see them often either. I love my full sized one. Great blade profile, takes an insane edge, love the stone wash blade and axis lock. Mine is right up there with my para 2- my two favs...here they be...

The problem with buying one from knifeworks is that they ask alot for international shipping. Instead of a 112$ knife it would cost me around 150$!
That's why i'm always searching for one here. When i do business here, the shipping cost is always half or even less than half than what knifeworks asks

Well, good luck then. I think you may be waiting for a while though. I thought it was 119 + shipping, which is usually around 130ish within the US. So 20 bucks more isn't THAT much.

i love the para2 too wich is my biggest knife!

how does the griptilian compare to it in size?

Overall, very close and comparable. The Ritter has a fuller handle. These are as big as I go (minus the Bedlam I just got and don't think that will stay) and I'm good to carry either...
