Benchmade/Emerson 970SBT (CQC-7). Knife is in like new condition, and the F&F is near perfect. Edge is razor sharp, action is butter smooth and lockup is solid and early. Blade centering is perfect.
All the inferior features of the original design have been upgraded as follows to make this a solid EDC, while still retaining the original look and feel. I sent the knife back to Benchmade to have threaded inserts installed for the handle screws to thread into. The original cheap factory plastic back spacer has been replaced with a G-10 one (made by Bill Yester). Comes with original BM blue box.
This a great knife that I hate to part with, but I need to fund another purchase so, no trades please.
