Is that sheath adjustable? I'd like a fixed blade but I'd have to carry it either IWB or horizontal.

The sheath appears to be adjustable in that you can unscrew the loop and position it in several different locations on the sheath body. The BM website has a close-up photo of the sheath if you click on the picture there.
