They have done models twice, but they are different each time they do it. The 940 is a great example of this, with two examples being the 940-81 and 940-121.

The benchmade 710 Gold Class is one of my grail knives. Assuming I could find one I'm not sure I could stomach $500+, even for a grail. Someday when I have a better job and I'm sure my wife loves me then you can bet I will. One of my favorite knife vendor sites has the 940 Gold Class for a good price, I'm sure I'll regret not buying one in a few years. :-(

Actually had 2 of 'em. Tried to warm up to them but they were just boxy with sharp edges.
