Benchmade Griptilian 551-1701, DLT Exclusive in M390 and Carbon Fiber w/ Brass Standoffs

Bought this from DLT Trading a while back. This is their exclusive in M390 with Carbon Fiber handles and brass standoffs. This has seen use so it has some wear on the pocket clip, but the clip is parkerized and not painted so the wear isn’t super ugly. The edge has been sharpened to fix a grind issue from Benchmade and to put an 18-degree per side highly polished edge on, with a 21 degree per side microbevel for easy maintenance. Action is excellent; no play in any direction but still free-swinging and drops shut when the lock is disengaged. Comes with original packaging.

Recently received this back from ZT/Kai’s warranty department for a re-blading, so it has an untouched factory grind on it. No scuffs or markings on the knife at all except for a hairline scratch on the pivot that I couldn’t even get to show up on the camera, and you wouldn’t notice it unless you were specifically looking for it. Comes as is with no box (as I lost the box a while ago), but otherwise is like new.

This is an exceptional knife, but my Hinderer keeps it out of my pocket so it needs to go. This is from the first run, and comes in M390 with a blue anodization and a crosshatch faux bolster milling pattern on both sides. Action is incredible; detent is just firm enough and action is smooth enough that it fires reliably with push-button or lightswitch technique on the flipper, but also deploys easily with a spydieflick or even rolling it out with the thumb. Still has the factory edge on it and is very sharp. There is a bit of wear on the pocket clip with I show in the pictures. Comes with original packaging.
