I need to make room in my display case so ready to pass on my two Benchmades to new homes. Both are new, unused, never carried or sharpened.

Hunt in .120 S30V Steel, Black & Gray G10, Kydex Sheath (no box). OAL: 8.5" Blade: 3.75" Price: $110 $95

Bone Collector (Michael Wassel) in .125 D2 Steel, Black G10, Leather Sheath, Box. OAL: 8" Blade: 4" Price: $OLD

50wwaayyss 50wwaayyss - Stating you are interested is not the same as stating you will take what's being offered. As a Basic member you can't PM sellers but you can ask the seller here in the thread to do a Profile Post to you to exchange the sale details. If my email response to you hadn't ended up in your SPAM Folder (thanks gmail) you would probably have beat the other buyer with a firm commitment and it would be yours. Forum rules state first "I'll Take It" wins.

I guess when I said I'm interested in the Bone Collector, and possibly both... that was my way of saying I wanted the Bone Collector. I didn't know I had to put "I'll take it", as you never stated that in your post. i do not see in the rules where it says a buyer must type the words "I'll take it"...
 
50wwaayyss 50wwaayyss not to split mouse turds by the halves here, but 'interested' is not a commitment to buy. If you look at the other threads here you will see almost all say "I'll take the whatever" as a commitment to buy, and there are others that just say interested and usually ask the seller for more info. Sorry it turned out this way.

Not splitting turds... I commented first about the knife, said I was possibly interested in both. Then another member came in and hijacked it. You stated that according to forum rules he "won" it, but the rules do NOT say what you assumed they did. Also, in my email to you, I said the words "I'll take the Bone Collector, it is brand new with box, correct?" So, I think I covered my bases on the "I'll take the whatever" aspect also. Whatever, enjoy your knife photoman...

P.S. I'm a little butthurt (can you tell? :) ) because I've been looking for this knife for a while now... anyone got a Bone Collector 15005 for sale without the gut hook?

50wwaayyss 50wwaayyss - Yes your email reply to me directly did say you would take it but that was at 3:58 and Photoman had beat you to it by 18 minutes because my first email to you was stuck in SPAM and you didn't get a chance to respond quick enough. As Tony Beets says in Gold Rush, "sucks to be you" but you're not alone in this as I missed a really nice Fiddleback Forge Handyman by 3 minutes two days ago. Sucks to be me too.

Hey, maybe you can work out something with photoman12001 photoman12001 ...?
