I just have a couple of ? What is pre production? How does it differ from new models? Also, also how much $ for knife. As far as shipping, what is conus? If deal is made, how would i send safe and secure payment? thank you.

I always wondered what CONUS was. I see that shao guy all over different forums (I think knifeforums.com is one?). From what I've gathered he was banned because his girlfriend ran an Ebay store or something.
