Typical policies apply:
- first "I'll take it" here gets it not "email sent" or "PM sent" or whatever.
- PayPal or USPS money order is fine.
- Any fees and shipping (with tracking on the more expensive items) are covered in the price.
- Shipping will be by USPS First Class or Priority Mail, with insurance, at my discretion.
- No real trade interests at the moment I need the funds.
- I'll edit the post as knives are sold.
Available:
Kershaw Rake - $60. $55. LNIB. (Zing & Thermite are gone)
SOLD:
Benchmade #890 Torrent - $70. $65. SPF to **cutup** Carried & used, no box. Pocket clip is bent, but has good tension and works fine. No "Nitrous" assist - removed by previous owner. Benchmade has told me they'll install a new one if it's sent in to them. When I got this one, the liners were cockeyed, and the blade didn't operate properly. I took it apart, cleand everything up, put it back together properly, and it works perfectly now. HOWEVER: there is no closure detent on this knife, without the Nitorus in place. The tension of the Nitrous system is what holds the blade in the closed position. I have the pivot tightened down enough that, combined with the liner lock, the blade stays closed. Up to you if you want to send it in to Benchmade.
Kershaw #1540 "Blizzard" - $70. SOLD & shipped to jpadia NIB; box has some minor wear. No SpeedSafe - these were not made with it. These were sold in 2008 by Smoky Mountain Knife Works, and maybe sold by other vendors as well. According to Thomas W (Sept. 2008), "The original Blizzard was a manual Whirlwind with green scales. We had some extra green Polyimide material, so we recently used it up with a run of Whirlwinds. Those would be 13C26 blade steel not 440A."
Kershaw Volt II - $15. SPF to safetyman Carried & used very little. Great little ergonomic knife, "SpeedSafe" fires hard.
