Totally agree. Got my first clip request delivered on Sat. No questions asked. I was very happy. They even sent the screws.

I called them yesterday to inquire about buying black thumbstuds for a 551 REI SE. Not only are they sending me the thumbstuds (@ no charge), he "talked me into" a free pocket clip w/screws.

The guy I spoke to was really into knives and clearly loved doing his job. Gotta admire that.
