I have my third deep carry clip on its way to me from Benchmade for a knife I have on order, and each and every time they have honored my request without hesitation and at no charge.

Benchmade rocks!
 
Totally agree. Got my first clip request delivered on Sat. No questions asked. I was very happy. They even sent the screws.
 
In terms of production knives, I have owned more BM's than anything else.

Their CS is top notch, and they will go out of their way to make you happy...

I called them yesterday to inquire about buying black thumbstuds for a 551 REI SE. Not only are they sending me the thumbstuds (@ no charge), he "talked me into" a free pocket clip w/screws.

The guy I spoke to was really into knives and clearly loved doing his job. Gotta admire that.
