Can't you email ban him, or IP ban him?

Not that it takes much to spot him and can him again, but it seems like he enjoys it.
 
not a whole lot we can do to ban him, he is a bit of a bitchy script kiddie, which means he knows enough about comptuers to change IPs or proxies and get in, but he really cannot do that much. Sort of a wanabe hacker. Best thing to do would be to ignore him, he comes here for the attention ya know.

my guess is that in high school he was one of those big losers that hung out at the fringes of cliques but was never really friends with people... you know, that loser that keeps tagging along with you and your friends that everyone hates... and for some reason keeps coming back...
