Includes everything shown including original box, microfiber pouch and paperwork. Original blue scale is included as well. The AWT scales are flat dark earth with a black backspacer. I carried this knife a handful of times before adding the AWT scales. The AWT scales still appear brand new. The blade's edge has been stropped and is slightly polished, but the factory grind lines remain in some places. It's scary sharp and makes a mean slicer...especially with the thin hollow grind of the blade. As with most axis-locks, there's a touch of blade play if you set the pivot so the blade drops free. You can tighten it, but the action will be slightly stiffer. The blade closes dead centered.
