Benchmade Mini Grip 555hg

Mini Griptilian 555hg in -1 g10 scales. I measured this at 0.016 behind the edge. Has been used and sharpened. Also have original black scales but will not ship in the original box. Can change the clip to a mini if desired.

I am not. I pieced this together from 2 mini grips. I purchased them both second hand.

Can you take a closer picture of the butterfly logo? I don’t see the registered trademark symbol.

Sure, it'll have to wait until tonight when I get home. I know the pics I posted here were in pretty bad light.

Thanks for the pics. I'm not a BM expert but that logo is not quite like any of my BMs. Without the box to provide more clues I can't know it's not a clone. Hopefully, there are others here that have more knowledge who can say. I will have to pass. Hopefully it turns out to be genuine, GLWS.

I can't say for sure but I dont know if any fake 555s were made with an actual hollow grind. This knife is definitely hollow ground. I had a fake 555 sold to me a few months ago and this knife was noticeably better in a number of ways when inspected side by side. For whatever that's worth anyway.
