Benchmade Mini-Grip PE 440C

What condition is it in?

If it's new, or like new, any interest in a Kershaw Shallot plain edge-1840, in like-nib condition?

(only open+closed a few times + cut paper, never carried or resharpened)
 
I would say it is lightly carried with some wear along the edges of the clip. The bladelooks like new. Thanks fo rthe offers thus far. This one is still available. I would also trade this for a larger Griptilian either style PE, I'd add some evenout for that.

I forgot to add that I would LOVE a PE Spydie D'Allara drop point.
